Position Overview

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and lead generation through closing deals and account management. This is a high-impact role where you’ll work directly with decision-makers to demonstrate the value of our AI and technology solutions. The ideal candidate is hungry, coachable, and experienced in selling AI-powered products or services.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the full-cycle sales process: prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing.
  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social selling.
  • Manage and nurture inbound leads provided by marketing.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and present tailored AI-driven solutions.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM best practices.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay current on AI trends, technologies, and competitive landscape.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in technology or SaaS.
  • Proven success selling AI-powered solutions (software, platforms, or services).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the entire sales cycle with minimal oversight.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a remote environment.
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales tools.
