COMPENSATION RANGE:  $75,000.00 - $95,000.00     DOQ

DEGREE REQUIREMENTS:  Bachelors Degree

POSITION SUMMARY:

Support the design and documentation of HVAC systems for educational, civic, cultural, and commercial projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the design of HVAC systems
• Prepare construction documents
• Perform load calculations and energy modeling
• Perform site visits to verify existing conditions
• Coordinate with architecture, structural, electrical, and plumbing

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HVAC design experience
• FE passed and EIT preferred, or a clear plan to pursue licensure
• Experience producing construction documents
• Exposure to Trane TRACE, Carrier HAP, IES VE, or similar
• AutoCAD and Revit MEP preferred
