TITLE: Electrical Engineer

COMPENSATION RANGE:  $100,000.00 - $135,000.00     DOQ

DEGREE REQUIREMENTS:  Bachelors Degree / P.E. License

CITIZENSHIP:  Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder and able to work for any U.S. Employer

POSITION SUMMARY:
Lead the design and construction administration of electrical systems for building projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design power, lighting, and data systems and produce specifications

• Serve as the licensed electrical authority on building projects

• Mentor junior staff and grow the discipline

• Conduct site visits and coordinate with architecture, structural, mechanical, and plumbing

• Provide construction administration support

Qualifications

• Licensed PE (Electrical). Virginia licensure required, and comity from another state is fine

• 7+ years designing building power, lighting, and data systems

• Experience sealing drawings

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• AutoCAD and Revit MEP preferred
