POSITION SUMMARY:

Leadership & Team Development

Recruit, train, and inspire top engineering talent.

Set performance expectations and build pathways for career growth.

Align the team around vision and organizational goals.

Product Development

Research, evaluate, and innovate new products.

Optimize existing solutions and oversee testing/documentation.

Technical Expertise & Training

Provide technical consultation to customers and internal teams.

Create resources for sales, marketing, and training.

Deliver impactful presentations to engineers, specifiers, and clients.

Qualifications:

Professional Engineer (PE) or Structural Engineer (SE) license(s).

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering - 8+ years in geotechnical/structural engineering.

Expertise in soil mechanics, deep foundation design, and building construction.

Leadership experience managing technical teams and setting vision.

Proficiency in modeling software (AutoCAD, Inventor) and materials expertise (steel, concrete).

Willingness to travel occasionally across the U.S. and Canada.
