Location: Tulsa, OK, US (Onsite)
Salary: $95,000 - $115,000
Relocation: Full relocation package offered

We are looking for a Senior Test Engineer ready to take charge of complex projects and shape the next generation of test talent. At our Tulsa facility, you will help manufacture state-of-the-art circuit boards for aerospace and defense programs that matter. This is a hands-on leadership role where your expertise sets the standard, and your mentorship builds the team.

What You Will Do

  • Manage all aspects of complex test engineering projects from start to finish.
  • Conduct thorough design reviews and drive continuous improvement.
  • Mentor and lead junior test engineers, serving as their go-to expert.
  • Define design guidelines, test equipment specifications, and best practices.
  • Specify and select the right design and simulation tools for the team.
  • Present clear, effective solutions to complex technical problems.
  • Manage the proper handling and disposal of hazardous waste in your work area.
  • Take on additional assignments as project needs evolve.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience with ICT, Flying Probe, and Boundary Scan technologies.
  • Strong skills in programming, fixturing, troubleshooting, and test parameter design.
  • Ability to use multiple simulation and design packages with confidence.
  • Solid grasp of engineering concepts, physics, and chemistry principles.
  • Knowledge of core manufacturing test processes.
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving ability with strong attention to detail.
  • Skill in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
  • Excellent technical writing and documentation habits.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Microsoft Project.
  • High energy and flexibility to juggle multiple priorities smoothly.

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience working in ISO environments.
  • Understanding of DOE, 6-Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing.
  • Confidence communicating with customers and representing the company well.

Education

  • BSEE, BSEET, or MSEE required.
