We are  building robots that construct solar farms — directly tackling one of the biggest bottlenecks slowing down the clean energy transition. 1 in 5 solar installations in the US happened last year alone, and construction labor can't keep pace. 

We are looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to help scale the robotic platforms from R&D into full production.

The role is hands-on — electrical schematics, harness design, wiring, motors, drives, actuators, sensors, and controls across large robotic systems. You'd be a core part of the team taking these machines from one-off builds to repeatable manufacturing. You will partner closely with mechanical, software, manufacturing, and hardware engineers to ensure electrical systems integrate effectively across the full robotic platform.

 

It's a strong fit if you have an EE or ME degree, experience with industrial motion systems and component integration, and have worked in a startup or fast-paced R&D environment before.

Comp is $165K–$200K.
