We are seeking an accomplished Chief Technology Officer to define and drive the technology strategy for a growing enterprise SaaS company serving Fortune 500 customers. This is a single, fully remote opportunity open to candidates located anywhere in the United States.

The ideal candidate is currently serving as a CTO and brings 20+ years of executive leadership experience, a stable career trajectory with consistent tenures, and active engagement in a leadership role.

This role suits a strategic yet hands-on leader who has scaled high-performing engineering teams, modernized complex platforms, and translated emerging technologies into durable competitive advantage.

The Opportunity

As CTO, you will own the technology vision across engineering, AI strategy, and product architecture. You will lead the organization responsible for building secure, scalable, cloud-native software that Fortune 500 customers depend on every day. Your mandate spans four core areas:

• Technology Vision: Set and communicate a clear, forward-looking technology strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
• Engineering Leadership: Guide and inspire a multidisciplinary organization, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation.
• AI Strategy: Identify and unlock the full potential of AI to accelerate product innovation, improve operational efficiency, and expand customer value.
• Product Architecture: Design scalable, secure platforms while systematically reducing technical debt and modernizing legacy systems.

Key Qualifications

• Currently serving as a Chief Technology Officer with 20+ years of executive leadership experience within enterprise software, SaaS, MarTech, or channel marketing platforms.
• Demonstrated career stability with consistent tenures; candidates with frequent job changes or extended gaps in employment will not be considered.
• Proven success leading organizations of 50+ professionals across Engineering, Architecture, AI/ML, DevOps, Quality Assurance, Consulting, and Project Management.
• Demonstrated ability to unlock and maximize AI technologies to drive product innovation, operational efficiency, and customer value.
• Deep, current knowledge of modern AI technologies, including large language models (LLMs), tokenization, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), vector databases, GPUs, cloud AI infrastructure, and AI software stacks.
• Extensive experience evaluating enterprise architectures and designing scalable, secure, cloud-native SaaS platforms.
• A track record of defining technology strategy, modernizing legacy platforms, reducing technical debt, and executing scalable engineering roadmaps.
• Strong background developing enterprise SaaS applications for Fortune 500 customers.
• Familiarity with MarTech, Through-Channel Marketing Automation (TCMA), Co-op Fund Management, Market Development Funds (MDF), SPIFFs, Partner Relationship Management (PRM), incentives, rebates, and channel marketing solutions is highly desirable.
• Exceptional executive leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Education

• Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Preferred: Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
