The Senior Director of Artificial Intelligence holds a pivotal leadership role, entrusted with shaping, overseeing, and expanding the enterprise AI strategy to unlock tangible productivity gains, operational excellence, and a competitive edge across diverse operating companies. This role leads the full AI roadmap, turning cutting-edge technologies into actionable, high-impact solutions while upholding rigorous standards for execution, data integrity, security, and ethical AI practices.

QUALIFICATIONS:

•          Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced technical degree strongly preferred.

•          12+ years of progressive experience in analytics, AI, data, or digital transformation, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles.

•          Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale AI or advanced analytics solutions with measurable business outcomes.

•          Deep understanding of modern data and AI stacks, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems integration.

•          Experience of operating in complex, multi-business or industrial environments preferred.

•          Strong executive presence with the ability to influence corporate, IT, and operating company leadership.
