We are seeking a seasoned Electrical Engineer to join our team, focusing on the design and implementation of electrical and power systems for a cutting-edge manufacturing facility in the Northeast of Ft. Wayne, OH. This role is pivotal in steering large-scale capital projects from inception to completion, requiring a blend of technical expertise and leadership acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and execution of sophisticated electrical and power systems projects.
• Manage large capital projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Provide expertise in electrical design, power distribution, and control systems.
• Utilize experience with Allen Bradley and/or Siemens systems, as well as high to low voltage applications.
• Work with drives, motors, and PLCs; DCS experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Mentor and train team members to enhance their technical skills and project management capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Proven project management experience in managing large-scale capital projects.
• Strong background in electrical engineering and power systems.
• Experience with Allen Bradley and/or Siemens, as well as high and low voltage systems.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members.
• Willingness to travel frequently to different plant locations during the initial six months, with the intention to permanently relocate to the Defiance area.
