PLANT MANAGER - FOOD MANUFACTURING
· Responsible for plant performance in accordance with Business objectives for absorption, manufacturing variances, safety, quality, sustainability, cost center budgets, and capital project management
· Responsible for implementation and advancement of Continuous Improvement Programs
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree required
· Food manufacturing experience required
· TPM, Lean, Six Sigma or other experience with the implementation of High Performing Work Systems required
· Successful experience leading, coaching and managing leaders required
· Previous experience leading a plant is preferred
· Knowledge of GMP, PC, OSHA, FDA, and WSDA regulations strongly preferred
· Must be able to effectively meet external customer requirements
· Strong quantitative and qualitative assessment skills, critical thinking skills and the ability to constructively challenge ideas and assumptions
· Strong leadership skills and the ability to facilitate and manage change
· Must have good organizational skills
· Strong attention to deal
· Must be able to prioritize work in a high demand work environment
· Skilled in leadership, collaboration, and driving process change
· Excellent written and verbal communication
· Strong Interpersonal relationship skills
· Self-motivated and able to motivate others
· Ability to lead, teach, and coach others
