Our client is a large national property management corporation that has great properties nationwide and lots of room for promotion!--They currently have a need for a District Property Manager at one of their large beautiful properties in Detroit.
Pay Range is $85-90K/annually plus quarterly bonus opportunity of 0-10% of their quarterly earnings based on property performance

Experience leading a LARGE team, this team size is roughly 15+ between all office and maintenance personnel
Must have experience with LARGE communities, 350+ units,high rise experience is required
2-3 years as a District/Regional Manager highly preferred
They need to have strong emotional intelligence, be able to adapt and communicate with those who have different communication styles, be able to handle as high demand property – there will always be someone needing something from the person in this position
Must have valid license and auto insurance
Saturdays are required, rotating, at least one per month from 9:30am to 4pm. This is a schedule adjustment, if they work a Saturday, they do get one day off during the week
Standard schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm with an hour lunch but this is a constant/high demand property so there are times where they will have to come in early, stay late or take a shorter lunch depending on the needs of the property
