Will be responsible for developing and conducting training programs on this manufacturer's medical instrumentation (electronics, electro-mechanical, software, and operational). The training can be in person (Training Center in Northern NJ, or at the customer facility); virtual, or streaming.  Up to 10% travel may be required.  A BS degree in a related engineering discipline is required, as well as a minimum of 3 years experience developing and conducting training programs.  Should have knowledge of Database Software and Microsoft Office Suite.   Base salary $70K to $89K (depending on experience) plus annual bonus.

 
Will also be involved with the following:
  • Analyze & interpret technical procedures or governmental regulations.
  • Ability to respond to questions from management, clients, and the general public.
  • Writing reports, procedure manuals, and business correspondence.
  • Providing lectures on installation, safety, maintenance, troubleshooting, and programming.
  • Administer written and practical examinations and provide employee grades to the Training Coordinator.
  • Assure that the training department's equipment is in good working condition.
