SUMMARY: Management Business Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Field Sales Consultant – Forensic Pathology to join a client’s expanding team in the Midwest. This field-based role focuses on driving sales and expanding client relationships in the forensic and investigative healthcare sectors, with an emphasis on drug testing solutions. Ideal candidates will have strong sales experience and a background in forensic investigations, healthcare diagnostics, or related industries.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·        Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the forensic and investigative healthcare sectors.

·        Understand client needs and provide tailored drug testing solutions to support their operations.

·        Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, and industry research.

·        Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and follow-up.

·        Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and client satisfaction.

·        Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools

·        Educate clients on oral fluid drug testing and new service offerings.

·        Focus on Midwest growth, with future opportunities for national expansion.

QUALIFICATIONS:

·        Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Healthcare Administration, Business, Marketing, etc.).

·        5+ years of experience selling into the forensic or investigative healthcare sector.

·        Strong proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.

·        Willingness to travel 75%+ of the time, including overnight.

·        Existing network within the forensic or healthcare sectors is a plus.

·        Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

·        Must have vaccination or be in the process of getting the Covid-19 vaccine.

·        Proven track record in building relationships and exceeding sales goals.
