A well-established primary care practice in Plantation, Florida is seeking an experienced Primary Care Physician to assume care of a large, high-performing Value-Based Care/managed care panel. This panel is central to the practice, and continuity of care is a top priority.

The ideal candidate for this position has strong experience in VBC and managed care models, is comfortable managing an older patient population, and brings a warm, relationship-driven communication style. Patients value providers who understand lifestyle factors, social influences, and the importance of trust and long-term care.
