Tidewater Staffing Solutions is assisting a large and growing CPA firm with the search for 2 part-time (20-22.5 hours per week) Administrative Assistants. These are temp-to-hire opportunities. The client intends to make these role permanent so they are only interested in candidates who are interested in become permanent, part-time employees.

The role are in Middleburg Heights and Westerville, Ohio.
 
Candidates can either work Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Thursday and the selected candidates must be able to work through the lunch hour each day. 
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Update databases to record all client activity.
  • Assist with new client onboarding.
  • Manage the preparation, delivery and filing of engagement letters.
  • Provide front office coverage as needed.
  • inbound and outbound mail management.
  • Monitor and manage pooled administrative mailboxes.
  • Maintain clean and welcoming general office conditions.
  • Work with the Office Manager to manage office supply inventory.
  • Assist the Office Manager with the coordination of office events including ordering meals, setting up and breaking down conference rooms and arranging client or in-house meetings.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects as assigned by the Office Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
  • 1 to 3 yeas of administrative experience ideally in a professional services environment (accounting, law, architectural, consulting firms as an example).
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications including knowledge of Excel functions (tables, formulas and formatting).
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work in a permanent, part-time role.
COMPENSATION
  • $25 to $33 per hour commensurate with experience and qualifications.
