Senior Business Intelligence Analyst - A Critical Leadership Role

Mission: As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst at Iteration Insights, your mission is to drive strategic decision-making through innovative data solutions, lead a team of junior analysts, and directly contribute to the company’s growth. You’ll work closely with leadership to align projects with business objectives and ensure that the company’s mission, vision, and values are reflected in every action.

Key Performance Objectives:

1. Build and Innovate:
• Within the first 90 days, you’ll design and implement at least two innovative analytics solutions that address key internal needs, contributing to our organizational growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new analytical products that enhance our service offerings and expand business opportunities.
2. Lead Client Engagements:
• Take full ownership of client projects from day one. Engage deeply with clients, understanding their unique needs, and delivering actionable insights that drive their business forward.
• Lead client meetings and manage project lifecycles, ensuring that all deliverables are met on time and exceed client expectations.
3. Mentor and Develop Junior Talent:
• By the end of the first six months, establish a mentorship program for Junior BI Analysts and Practicum Students, helping them grow their technical and consulting skills.
• Support junior team members in navigating project challenges, ensuring they develop into independent, high-performing analysts.
4. Drive Organizational Development:
• Collaborate with leadership to create a standardized onboarding and training process for new analytics consultants, ensuring consistency and excellence in service delivery.
• Spearhead the standardization of internal documentation and processes, incorporating feedback from team members to continuously improve our operational efficiency.
5. Educate and Train:
• Lead the development and delivery of internal and external training programs on cutting-edge analytics tools and methodologies, ensuring our team and clients stay ahead of industry trends.
• Continuously research and integrate the latest trends in business intelligence, recommending new strategies and tools that will enhance our service offerings.

Qualifications:

• Technical Certificate in Business Intelligence or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a data analytics role, preferably within a business environment.
