Staffing Pros, a division of VETS Inc., is recruiting for a full-time Business Development Representative in Greenville, SC.
The position involves answering inbound calls from interested prospects who have engaged with our marketing, as well as researching prospects to make outbound calls. During the calls, you’ll strive to understand their business needs and pain points, and ultimately getting access to and setting meetings with decision-makers for our outside sales team, increasing the overall productivity of the sale organization.
You will have the opportunity to follow an established and successful sales process, combined with ongoing coaching. By setting quality meetings with a variety of businesses across the country, you'll play an integral role in building our sales pipeline and our business! This role is critical to generating qualified leads and establishing the value of our services. Once you’ve engaged with a prospect, you will build rapport and find your prospects’ needs. Your success will be measured on daily activity metrics as well as monthly quota attainment, with the ability to earn additional compensation for achieving (and exceeding) your goals.
