Director of Professional Services
• Define the Professional Services strategy and lead the design and implementation of a common project management methodology, common standards, and common tools to drive and facilitate the successful delivery of client projects.
• Lead the execution of a Professional Services governance, reporting, and review framework to provide a holistic view of all organizational project activity.
• Professional Development Path for Engineering Team Leadership
• Lead the quoting, planning and pricing of all professional services strategies.
• Prioritization of multifunctional teams – Engineering, Sales Ops, and Onboarding
• Implementation of execution methodologies (Lean/Kanban)
• Ownership of Profit and Loss for department based on defined budget
• Guide and own the new client onboarding methodology, and champion understanding across all disciplines.
• Develop scheduling/planning methodologies that maximize revenue and client value
• Manage inter-dependencies and coordination across projects to ensure that information relating to project deliverables, risks, and issues are effectively communicated between stakeholders and that key performance indicators are monitored and evaluated.
• Identify new and innovative project management approaches and tools and embed these in the behavior and day-to-day activities of the organization's operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead the development of project strategy and deliver on project plans, timelines, progress, and outcomes.
• Outstanding leadership skills including an innovative approach to problem solving and an integrated view of the business.
• Understanding of Lean/Kanban principles and how to apply to business
Preferred
• Demonstrated business acumen and experience leading multi-functional activities with accountability for portfolio, budgetary, and resource allocation.
• ITIL Foundations v.3 or higher certification.
