Staffing Pros, a division of VETS Inc., is recruiting for a full-time MS Purview Administrator onsite in Beltsville, MD or Washington, DC.  This position requires an Active Secret Clearance.

 

This position is based on-site at either the Washington, DC or Beltsville, MD office, with occasional travel between the two locations.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Policy Development & Testing

  • Design, implement, and test data governance and compliance policies.
  • Validate policy effectiveness through simulations and reporting tools.

Role & Access Management

  • Create, modify, and manage role groups and custom roles within the Purview portal.
  • Assign users and groups to appropriate roles.

System Administration

  • Administer and configure Microsoft Purview and integrated Microsoft 365 services.
  • Monitor system performance and respond to incidents.
  • Document configurations, procedures, and access control strategies.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Must have 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview administration including testing, developing and testing policy, creating roles and assigning user roles.
  • Must be able to commute to Beltsville, MD or Washington, DC for full-time onsite work.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 compliance solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • US Citizenship with a Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with InTune
  • Microsoft certifications
