This full-time, permanent Client Support Advisor career opportunity is at a financially stable, employee-owned company that created their dynamic industry. The company gifts employees company stock. This position will provide essential administrative and operational assistance to the outside sales team, regional managers, and other internal departments. The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate will include the following:

Support regional managers with quote requests, lead tracking, and follow-ups for the inside sales team
Support regional managers with internal follow-ups and various inside tasks as needed
Conduct scheduled outbound follow-ups and manage the sales contact database within the CRM.
Manage complex customer data

The background of the successful candidate must include the following to be considered for this position:

3 or more years of managing projects
3 or more years of supporting customers
Electrical, fluid and mechanical power knowledge
A mechanical mindset
A solid work history
A US citizen or possess a green card
A residence within 45 minutes
