Maintenance and Robotic Technician needed in Blum, Tx. ASAP| $35-37 per hour

 

Job Summary

As a Maintenance and Robotic Technician, you will use your skills to support the operations maintenance team in repairing and maintaining CNC machinery and pneumatic systems throughout campus facilities. You will have the opportunity to install, maintain and repair automated equipment.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Installation: Setting up and configuring robotic equipment according to specifications.

· Maintenance: Regularly inspecting robots, diagnosing issues, and performing routine maintenance to ensure

optimal performance.

· Repairs: Identifying and fixing malfunctions or breakdowns in robotic systems, which may involve replacing

faulty components.

· Programming: Writing or modifying software code to control robot movements and functions.

· Testing: Conducting tests and quality checks to ensure robots meet performance and safety standards.

· Troubleshooting: Investigating and resolving technical problems with robots and their associated systems.

· Documentation: Maintaining detailed records of robot maintenance and repair activities.

· Safety: Adhering to safety protocols and ensuring that robots operate safely in their environments.

· Collaboration: Collaborating with engineers, designers, and other team members to optimize robotic processes.

· Training: Providing training to operators and other personnel on how to use and maintain robotic systems.

· Develop best practices for robot programming standards.

· Must be willing to be part of continuous training for this training.
