Job Summary
We are seeking a Production Supervisor for a dairy manufacturing plant and distribution facility.  The Production Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of employees that involve plant operations and compliance with food and safety requirements.
 
Job Qualifications/Job Duties
  • DSD experience is required
  • High school diploma or general equivalency diploma preferred (GED)
  • 3 years of demonstrated leadership experience in production operations
  • Prefer experience working in a Perishable food industry
  • Preferred experience working in Dairy industry.
  • Responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of their shift
  • Hold team accountable to company policies: Ex. Attendance and Safety-First mentality
  • Ensure all monthly safety training is completed.
Compensation/Benefits
  • Salary range of $70,000 to $80,000
  • Full benefits package
  • Thrift Plan which paid out 12% of salaries last year.
