Company Overview:

We are a fast-growing, Texas-based packaging manufacturer producing corrugated boxes, wooden pallets, crates, wooden reels, and other industrial packaging solutions. Our customers are Fortune 500 companies that depend on us for high-volume, mission-critical business-to-business (B2B) packaging — not retail, not consumer-focused, and not just print. We deliver real solutions that move real products, every day.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and driven Project Manager to lead complex packaging programs from concept to delivery. This role will interface directly with large-scale customers, managing multiple packaging lines, coordinating design and quoting, overseeing production timelines, and ensuring on-time delivery — all while keeping margins healthy and communication sharp.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for major B2B customers, including Fortune 500 accounts
  • Manage end-to-end packaging projects: design, quoting, prototyping, production, and delivery
  • Work closely with internal teams (design, production, purchasing, logistics) to meet customer specs and schedules
  • Understand and interpret structural packaging requirements — primarily corrugated, wood, and hybrid packaging
  • Drive project milestones, maintain updated status reports, and ensure deadlines and cost targets are met
  • Proactively identify and resolve risks, delays, or specification issues
  • Build and maintain trust with key decision-makers and supply chain personnel on the customer side

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing large B2B industrial or packaging projects
  • Strong understanding of corrugated, wooden pallets, crates, and industrial packaging
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and communicate with design and production teams
  • Familiarity with design tools such as ArtiosCAD, AutoCAD, or similar software a plus
  • Experience working with high-volume, low-print or print-light packaging preferred
  • Professional communication and organizational skills are a must
  • Bachelor’s degree in Packaging, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience preferred

What We Offer:

  • A key role in a growing company with major clients
  • Direct access to ownership and leadership
  • Dynamic environment with variety in daily work
  • Opportunity to make a measurable impact on efficiency, delivery, and customer satisfaction
