Job Title: Aluminum & Steel Structural Fitters

Location: [Mobile, AL]

Pay Rate: $35.00 per hour

Per Diem: $150.00 per day

Position Overview:

We are seeking highly skilled Aluminum and Steel Structural Fitters to join our team for an upcoming project. The ideal candidates will have strong experience in fitting and assembling structural components with precision and efficiency. This role requires individuals who can read and interpret blueprints, work independently, and ensure all tasks are completed to exact specifications and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Layout, position, and fit structural components made of aluminum and steel.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Perform fitting and assembly of parts for welding and installation.
Verify conformance of finished work to specifications using measuring tools.
Work safely and maintain compliance with company and industry safety standards.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a structural fitter in the marine, offshore, or industrial industry.
Proficient in blueprint reading and use of measuring instruments.
Strong understanding of aluminum and steel fitting techniques.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Must be a U.S. Citizen (documentation required).

Compensation & Benefits:

$35.00 per hour.
$150.00 daily per diem.
