Blending Supervisor

The Blending Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of the entire batching operation, including staffing and training, productivity, quality, and safety.
 
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/Qualifications
  • Supervise daily operations of the batching, bulk unloader, and staging including: following basic production scheduling, work assignments, employee supervision, counseling, employee safety and administration of company policies and procedures.
  •  Prepare written performance evaluations and counsel employees as needed.  
  • Resolve any employee issues and document disciplinary actions and performance recognition to all employees in their area. 
  • Train all batching employees to include blending of all types of products produced.
  • Manage blenders; blending leads, stager, bulk receiver.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.  
  • Forklift certification 1 year
  • 2 years’ experience in manufacturing; 1 year of supervisory experience required.
Compensation/Benefits:
  • Starting salary between $65,000 and 78,000
