Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related field) from an accredited program
Professional Engineer (PE) License
10+ years of horizontal structural experience – specifically bridge projects
Proven experience in project management and business development
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
This is a high-level leadership role responsible for managing a department, hiring and mentoring staff, and driving business development efforts. Any submissions missing bridge structure experience will be rejected.
As a key leader, you will be responsible for driving business development, ensuring financial success, and managing the staff for our Civil Engineering department at the local level. You will coordinate the strategic growth plan, establish a strong market presence, and serve as the lead technical expert for your team, guiding projects and mentoring professionals to achieve new heights of success.
