Maintenance Supervisor

We are a TS16949/ISO9001 disc brake & rotor manufacturer, leading researcher, and innovator in disc brake technology. We compete in the OE, aftermarket and motorsport racing market segments. We have an immediate need for a Maintenance Supervisor for our manufacturing facility in York, South Carolina. This position will report to the Maintenance Manager.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• SC Licensed Electrician certificate is required

• Expect a high level of responsibility and accountability

• Natural talent for completing tasks in environments with multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment with sometimes challenging deadlines and workloads. A high sense of urgency required

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Directly supervise a team of 12 to 14 technicians

• Programmed Preventive, Predictive Maintenance

• Troubleshoot, Diagnose and correct electrical problems in the power distribution and electrical equipment

• Install, remove, repair, overhaul, and test electrical equipment both AC&DC

Qualifications:

• Prior experience using CMMS Work Order system

• Troubleshooting and repair of complex production machinery

• Working knowledge of PLC’s, ladder logics and programming
