PCB Process Engineer

Key Responsibilities
Lead initiatives to resolve process issues and improve manufacturing performance
Develop and analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
Create technical documentation such as process flows, work instructions, and training materials
Drive cost-effective, high-yield production processes that meet quality and throughput goals
Benchmark internal practices against industry standards and recommend enhancements
Manage capital projects related to capacity expansion and technology upgrades
Collaborate across departments to ensure customer quality and delivery expectations are met
Participate in design reviews to ensure manufacturability of new products
Maintain compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory guidelines (OSHA, RCRA, etc.)
May be involved with hazardous waste handling per departmental procedures
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field required
5+ years of relevant process engineering experience (PCB industry experience preferred)
Strong background in CNC programming, CAM processing, and statistical process control (SPC)
Experience with Lean methodologies, experimental design, and project management
Familiarity with capital equipment installation and qualification
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Effective communicator with strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
Ability to train and mentor others in a team-oriented environment
