This growing industrial controls and instrumentation manufacturer is hiring a full-time, permanent Siemens and Parker-Hannifin Electrical Controls Engineer. The successful candidate's duties will include:
Designing and creating electrical controls and control panels for web handling control systems
Programming PLCs, HMIs and drives
Overseeing the building of panels
Acting as the project manager of the project
Commissioning control systems at client sites
Meeting project costs and timelines
Creating electrical schematics
Interacting with customers as needed
Presenting to various levels
Participating in budgeting
Being part of cutting-edge technology, robotic programming and factory automation
Traveling four to six weeks annually
The background of the successful candidate must include the following:
A degree in Electrical Engineering or Controls Engineering
Two or more years of Allen Bradley, Siemens or Parker-Hannifin controls engineering experience
Two or more years of HMI experience
2 years of web handling experience
Ability to travel domestically four to six weeks annually
