Our client is looking for a skilled Scrum Master to join their dynamic team in Charleston, SC. As a Scrum Master, you’ll play a critical role in supporting the maintenance, upgrades, and compliance needs of essential projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, iteration planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage engineering development projects and oversee successful sprint releases.
• Develop or review business requirements documents and establish clear project timelines.
• Drive iteration execution, communicating project updates and milestones to management and stakeholders.
• Address project conflicts and evolving requirements to maintain optimal team performance.
• Collaborate closely with team leads to resolve issues and remove project roadblocks.
• Conduct post-mortem reviews and root cause analysis to refine team processes and boost productivity.
• Maintain team data in project management tools (e.g., JIRA) to support estimation accuracy and tracking.
• Provide concise project summaries and updates for senior leadership.
• Partner with product owners to manage team dynamics, prioritize tasks, and refine scope.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 10 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of Scrum Master experience within the DoD/military industry.
• Scrum Master certification from a recognized certifying body.
• Active Top Secret security clearance.

Location: On-site in Charleston, SC, with possible hybrid flexibility.Compensation: $120,000 - $165,000Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package
