Senior Manufacturing Engineer (100-150K)
We have an outstanding opportunity available for a Senior Manufacturing Engineer in the Syracuse, NY area.
In this role you will drive productivity, cost savings, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maximize Productivity: Lead cost-saving initiatives, process flow improvements, and automation solutions.
- Support Production: Document processes, improve efficiency, design CNC tooling/fixtures, and collaborate with Supply Chain and Operations.
- Support New Business: Work with Purchasing and Engineering on cost estimates and manufacturability for new business.
- Leadership: Lead improvement projects and mentor junior engineers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in process optimization and cost-saving measures within CNC and manual machining environments.
- Proficiency in GD&T and CAD.
