Out-patient Physical Therapist

New Grads welcome! Salary range: $75,000 - $95,000/yr

Location: Gainesville, Florida

Overview:  The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for helping patients regain their independence and improve their quality of life. You will work with a diverse patient population, including those recovering from surgery, injury, or chronic conditions. Key Responsibilities:* Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine therapy needs.* Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical assessments.* Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and other modalities.* Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and lifestyle changes to support recovery and prevent future injuries.* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.* Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.* Stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices through ongoing education and training.Qualifications:* Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.* Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist in Florida.* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.* Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.* Previous experience in an outpatient or rehabilitation setting is preferred but not required.* CPR and First Aid certification.Benefits:* Competitive salary and benefits package: 401(k), PTO, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability.* Opportunities for professional development and continuing education.* Supportive and collaborative work environment.* Realistic scheduling and productivity goals that allow for the high quality of care and delivery of services.* Career growth and advancement.* 8 paid holidays a year in addition to your regular Paid Time Off (PTO)!* Opportunity to work with some of the best surgeons in the country.
