Join our dynamic team and contribute to a company that values ingenuity, partnership, and excellence in execution across our global footprint.Job SummaryThe Global Account Manager (GAM) is a pivotal leadership role responsible for the overall strategic direction, executive relationship management, and financial performance (P&L) of assigned global, multi-site customer accounts. Serving as the primary executive interface between the company and key clients, the GAM will drive profitable growth, ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, and act as the customer's advocate within the Company. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive P&L ownership experience, a proven ability to build and sustain C-suite relationships, a strong background in electrical manufacturing, and a demonstrated track record of driving growth within complex global accounts. The GAM will leverage the Company’s full suite of integrated services to deliver strategic value and achieve mutual success.Responsibilities Strategic Account Leadership & P&L Ownership (40%)

  • Own and execute multi-year strategic plans for global accounts aligned with company goals.
  • Manage full P&L for assigned accounts, including forecasting, budgeting, margin optimization, and cost control.
  • Drive financial performance through pricing strategy, contract negotiation, and commercial term management.
  • Monitor account metrics, identify trends, and implement corrective or growth strategies.
  • Oversee financial elements such as AR, inventory (excess/obsolete), and NRE collection in collaboration with finance and operations.
Executive Relationship Management & Business Development (40%)
  • Serve as the primary executive liaison, building strong relationships with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders.
  • Understand customer strategies and market dynamics to position the Company as a strategic partner.
  • Identify and secure new business and service expansions within existing accounts.
  • Lead development and delivery of tailored proposals and executive-level value presentations.
  • Conduct strategic QBRs and represent the Company at key industry events and forums.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Customer Advocacy (15%)
  • Lead cross-functional account teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
  • Act as the escalation point for critical issues, ensuring timely resolution and communication.
  • Advocate for customer priorities internally, aligning resources to support account strategies.
  • Collaborate across departments to meet or exceed customer KPIs and expectations.
Cultural Leadership & Continuous Improvement (5%)
  • Champion the Company’s values and collaborative culture.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements in account management practices and processes.
Knowledge, Ability & Skills
  • 4-Year Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is required; MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive experience in strategic sales, business development, or global account management within the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS), contract manufacturing, or a closely related technology/manufacturing industry.
  • Proven success managing large, complex global accounts with full P&L ownership for multi-million dollar portfolios.
  • Demonstrated ability to grow revenue through strategic account expansion and new business development.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders.
  • Deep financial acumen: forecasting, budgeting, strategic pricing, and contract negotiation.
  • Skilled in leading cross-functional teams and navigating matrixed environments.
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain dynamics, and the EMS industry.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
Comfortable in a fast-paced, global environment with occasional travel (
  • Ability to travel to client sites and industry events as needed.
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods and lift up to 15 pounds.
