Our client is seeking detail-oriented and organized Paralegals and Attorneys to assist their team with a large document review project.  The ideal candidate will assist in the review, analysis, and organization of legal documents in preparation for litigation and compliance matters. This role is critical to ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the management of large volumes of documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze legal documents to identify relevant information and potential issues.
  • Organize and categorize documents for easy access and reference.
  • Assist attorneys in preparing for depositions, hearings, and trials by compiling necessary documentation.
  • Conduct initial assessments of documents for relevance, privilege, and confidentiality.
  • Maintain accurate records of document review processes and findings.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to support case strategies.
  • Prepare summaries and reports on document findings as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in document review or legal research as a paralegal or attorney.
  • Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in document review software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with e-discovery tools and techniques.
  • Knowledge of litigation processes and legal research methodologies.
  • Familiarity with data privacy and compliance regulations.
