The Opportunity

We are seeking compassionate, dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide quality care to residents in senior living and long-term care communities across the country. CNAs play a vital role in maintaining residents’ dignity, comfort, and safety while supporting their daily living needs.

Responsibilities

· Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.

· Take and record vital signs and report any health status changes.

· Maintain clean, organized, and safe resident environments.

· Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.

· Communicate clearly with nurses, residents, and facility staff.

What You’ll Bring

· Active CNA certification in the state of assignment.

· High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Rates may vary by location, shift type, and experience level.

· Compensation Structure: 1099 contractor, paid bi-weekly (every other week), unless a specific state regulation requires a different pay frequency.
