The Role

You'll sit at the intersection of investment operations and platform development for a wealth management platform serving institutional and retail clients across the full trading lifecycle - from construction and rebalancing through execution and reporting.

• Partner with Portfolio Managers and Financial Advisors to deliver new features and customizations across digital tools, client reporting, and automations
• Gather requirements, build user stories, and drive testing through implementation
• Translate data requirements into actionable development tasks for engineering teams

• 5+ years in Business Systems Analysis, Solutions Architecture, or similar
• Investment management domain experience — SMA background a strong plus
• End-to-end trading lifecycle fluency: construction, optimization, trade modeling, rebalancing
• Experience across upstream/downstream systems: OMS, Analytics, Accounting, Reporting
• Strong SQL; cloud fluency in AWS (Lambda, S3, microservices, CI/CD)
• Agile/Jira
