We’re on the hunt for a skilled and driven Professional Engineer (PE) with around 10 years of experience to join our growing team as a strategic second-in-command to the Director of Structural Engineering in Atlanta. Your Impact

• Lead & Manage: Take charge of structural engineering projects—overseeing everything from initial concept to final delivery with precision, clarity, and creativity.
• Partner with Leadership: Serve as the Director’s right hand in Atlanta, playing a vital role in firm-wide strategic direction and decision-making.
• Client-Facing Excellence: Build and maintain client relationships while representing the firm with professionalism and technical authority.
• Explore & Expand Your Expertise: Post-tension design experience is a bonus—but a willingness to learn new areas like wood design is a must.
• Influence Across Regions: In Greenville and Charlotte, leadership potential is essential—engineers in these locations may take charge of satellite team development.

 What We're Looking For

• PE license with ~10 years of experience in structural engineering
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and timelines efficiently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and internal coordination
• Experience with post-tension design a plus, but not required
• Enthusiasm for learning and expanding into new design domains such as timber structures
• Interest in mentoring junior staff and contributing to firm culture
