Executive Assistant to Senior Leadership, Mission-Driven Organization

About the Job:
¨ Provide high-level administrative support to multiple senior leaders, managing shifting priorities and evolving needs with confidence and discretion
¨ Manage high-volume, complex calendars with a strategic lens, prioritizing competing demands and aligning executive time with the highest priorities
¨ Serve as a trusted gatekeeper and partner, exercising sound judgment to anticipate needs, resolve scheduling conflicts, and help leaders remain focused on key objectives
¨ Coordinate meetings from preparation through follow-up, including agendas, logistics, meeting materials, notes, action items, and next steps
¨ Manage travel arrangements, itineraries, expenses, and other executive logistics with accuracy and attention to detail
¨ Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and coordinate effectively across teams on behalf of senior leadership
¨ Maintain visibility into executive commitments and action items, ensuring strong follow-through and timely execution
¨ Support leadership initiatives and special projects, providing organization and coordination as priorities evolve
¨ Identify opportunities to improve workflows, streamline coordination, and strengthen administrative systems and processes
¨ Partner with a high-performing team of administrative professionals, sharing best practices and stepping in to support colleagues as needs arise
¨ Handle sensitive and confidential information with exceptional discretion and sound judgment

About You:
¨ 5+ years of professional experience providing executive, administrative, or business support to senior leaders
¨ Demonstrated success managing high-volume, complex executive calendars; experience supporting multiple senior leaders strongly preferred
¨ Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage numerous competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and follow-through
¨ Highly proactive and resourceful with the ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, and solve problems independently
¨ Sound judgment and a high degree of discretion when handling confidential information and sensitive situations
¨ Calm and composed under pressure with the ability to think on your feet and adjust quickly as priorities change
¨ Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, service-oriented approach to supporting leaders and colleagues
¨ Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and concisely
¨ Detail-oriented and highly reliable with a demonstrated track record of follow-up and follow-through
¨ Comfortable operating with autonomy in a fast-moving environment where roles, responsibilities, and priorities continue to evolve
¨ Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
¨ Experience with Concur or similar expense-management platforms preferred

On-site in Arlington, Virginia, five days per week. Typical hours are approximately 8:30 am–5:30 pm, with some flexibility around start and end times provided the individual is present during core business hours; occasional availability outside of business hours as needed.
