Executive Personal Assistant to HNW Principal, Litchfield County, Ct.
A HNW principal in Litchfield County seeks a true right hand Executive Personal Assistant to manage a dynamic household, calendar, travel, and events with polish and discretion. You’ll work primarily on-site at the country estate with some flexibility to work remotely depending on what is going on. This is a strategic, high-touch role for someone who anticipates needs, protects time, and can elevate execution across multiple projects with little intervention.
About the Job
- Serve as trusted gatekeeper; manage calendars, priorities, and commitments.
- Prioritize inbox, craft emails and correspondence;
- Plan domestic/international travel with detailed itineraries
- Oversee estate operations: maintenance, vendor management, and records.
- Coordinate household staff support payroll coordination.
- Plan and manage intimate dinners, parties, and events with a “high touch” mastery.
- Manage personal logistics: errands, gifting, appointments, reservations.
- Handle expense reports, credit card payments, bill pay, and purchase tracking; reconcile statements
- Lead special ad hoc projects:
- Maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality with a solutions-first approach.
- Base Salary, Bonus, Comprehensive Healthcare, 401K.
About You
- 5–7 years supporting a HNW principal, family office, or private household; Managing an estate experience a MUST.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Uncompromising discretion, judgment, and follow-through; responsive and reliable.
- High-touch service mindset and “force multiplier” orientation.
- Excellent written and verbal communicator;
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Experience with AI productivity tools A PLUS
- Strong project and event management skills.
- Warm, polished, equally comfortable running errands, reconciling cards, and executing elegant intimate events and dinners.
- Able to work regularly in Litchfield County on the estate where there is an office. Valid driver’s license and car required.
