Executive Personal Assistant to CEO
Executive Personal Assistant to the Founder/CEO, Boutique Financial Advisory Firm, Atlanta, Georgia
A holistic EA/PA partnership - one role, both worlds - 5 days in office
A boutique financial advisory firm in Atlanta is looking for a true right hand - an Executive Personal Assistant who operates as a seamless extension of the Founder/CEO's professional and personal worlds. This is not a traditional desk role. It is a holistic EA/PA partnership: one person, trusted with everything, empowered to keep a demanding life moving in every direction at once.
The CEO's calendar runs deep on both sides of the line, so roughly half the role sits in the personal sphere - his life, his family, his properties. The other half runs the business alongside him. If you thrive on variety, read the room before anyone speaks, and take quiet pride in the fact that nothing falls through because you were paying attention - this is your role.
About The Role
● Own the CEO's day. Be the primary administrative partner to the Founder - managing his calendar, orchestrating meetings, and running his inbox with judgment, both personal and professional.
● Move him around as needed. Build domestic and international travel from the ground up, complete with itineraries so detailed nothing is left to chance.
● Find his voice. Draft and refine emails and correspondence on his behalf - personal and professional - and build polished PowerPoint decks that carry the firm's standard.
● Be the face of the firm. Engage executive leadership, key stakeholders, and clients with high-touch diplomacy and discretion.
● Run the moments that matter. Plan meetings, conferences, and events end to end - materials, reports, logistics, all handled.
● Keep every ball in the air. Track deadlines, priorities, and follow-ups across the CEO's professional and personal projects so nothing stalls.
