We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of utility-scale projects across HV, MV, LV, overhead, and underground transmission lines. In this role, you’ll also have the chance to work on distribution, private networks, and BESS projects, helping shape the future of the electric grid.

What You’ll Do

• Take full ownership of project execution, from proposals to delivery
• Lead project teams through conceptual design and procurement phases
• Manage schedules, budgets, and scopes while ensuring stakeholder alignment
• Drive safety culture across all phases of the project
• Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and external partners to achieve successful outcomes
• Balance corporate office responsibilities with on-site project leadership (approx. 25% travel required)

Qualifications

• 10+ years in the power delivery industry with experience in substation design and execution
• Strong background in multiple phases of project execution
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (PE/P.Eng. preferred)
• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary project teams
• Strong communication skills to interface across clients and stakeholders

Additional Details

• Role is based out of the Walnut Creek office, with ~25% travel to project sites
• Candidates must be able to meet standard pre-employment requirements (background, drug screen, MVR, etc.)
