Junior to Mid-Level Real Estate AttorneyLocations: Austin, TX; Nashville, TN

Our client, a top national law firm, is seeking a highly-qualified and motivated Junior to Mid-Level Associate to join their Real Estate Development & Investments practice group in Austin or Nashville.

Candidate Profile:

  • JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
  • Bar Admission in Texas or Tennessee.
  • 3-5 years of experience with real estate transactions, including acquisition, disposition, and development of mixed-use, residential, resort, and/or commercial real estate.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, sophisticated law firm environment.
  • Strong legal drafting and writing skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • AmLaw 200 experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the financing, acquisition, development, and horizontal and vertical mixed-use, residential, resort, and commercial planned community work for local, regional and national builders and developers in Texas, Tennessee, and nationally.
  • Engage in a wide range of real estate transactions, gaining cross-disciplinary experience in real estate development, investments, and finance.
  • Collaborate with a team of seasoned attorneys in a supportive and dynamic environment.
