Our client, a respected nonprofit serving vulnerable populations across the Pittsburgh region, is seeking a mission-driven, strategic Executive Director to lead the organization into its next chapter of impact and growth. This unique opportunity is ideal for a visionary leader who thrives in both high-level strategy and hands-on execution—and who is passionate about increasing access to healthcare for those who need it most.
Each year, our client organizes a large-scale, two-day free clinic that delivers vital dental, vision, and hearing services to approximately 1,500 patients, mobilizing an equally large volunteer base of clinical and non-clinical professionals. With strong support from the community and plans to expand through additional “mini” clinics in rural areas, this is a pivotal time to step into a newly created Executive Director role and help shape the organization’s future.
