Tooling Design & Development Engineer (Inventor Focus)
 
  • 3+ years of expertise in Tool and Die and/or Tool Design, utilizing Autodesk Inventor, to contribute to the development of innovative tooling solutions are required
  • A two-year technical degree in a related field or equivalent industry experience is necessary
  • Pay is up to $79,000 annually
  • Must be a United States citizen or Green Card holder
  • This position is onsite and not remote
  • Full-time, permanent W-2 employee

The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate should include the following:
  • Design and develop tooling and fixtures using Inventor, ILogic, and AutoCAD Mechanical
  • Collaborate with maintenance, manufacturing, and contractors on tool design and improvements
  • Analyze and enhance processes to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency
  • Evaluate tools, equipment, and processes, providing recommendations to management
  • Support manufacturing by troubleshooting issues and driving continuous improvement projects
 
The background of the successful candidate must include the following:
  • 3+ years of Tool and Die and/or Tool Design experience using Inventor or similar
  • Two-year technical degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot equipment and processes
  • A solid work history
  • A US citizen or possess a green card
  • A residence within 45-minutes
