Job Description
Are you passionate about providing top-notch patient care? We are looking for an exceptional Ultrasound Tech to join our dynamic team in Georgetown! Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Receive patients, explain methods of procedure, and ensure patient comfort.
- Provide patient services to all ages using imaging modalities.
- Operate ultrasound equipment to perform clinical diagnostic ultrasound exams and routine invasive procedures according to established standards and practices.
- Maintain equipment and supplies, and organize work area.
- Keep accurate records, assist with scheduling of the ultrasound, and keep patient flow smooth.
- Assist radiologist with interventional procedures as ordered (e.g., paracentesis, needle aspirations/biopsy, etc.).
