Retail Channel Analyst – Sales Operations & InsightsLocation: Hybrid – 3 days in-office Compensation: $65,000 – $75,000 base + bonus potentialIndustry: Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) – Automotive Aftermarket

We're on the lookout for an analytically curious, customer-savvy professional ready to take on a hybrid role supporting our retail sales efforts. This position will directly impact some of the biggest names in retail: Target, Costco, Sam’s, Menards, Walmart, TJ Maxx and more.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze the POS data to uncover trends, highlight gaps, and provide clear performance updates
  • Develop presentations and reports that back up strategic decisions for national retail partners
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and operations to align on pricing, promotions, and planning
  • Support line reviews and trade events, including travel for key customer interactions
  • Contribute to gross-to-net evaluations and promotional tracking
  • Use Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, and (ideally) Power BI to tell compelling stories with data
  • Bring structure to chaos—help develop tools and reports that make the sales engine run more efficiently

What we’re looking for:

  • BS degree in business, analytics, marketing, or a related field is required
  • 2+ years of experience in sales support, operations, or analytics—especially in CPG or retail
  • Strong Excel and data interpretation skills; Power BI and SAP experience are big pluses
  • Someone who knows the retail landscape or has worked with key retailers like Walmart or Target
  • A go-getter who’s collaborative, curious, and eager to grow into sales, demand planning, or strategic analytics
  • Clear communicator who’s comfortable presenting to internal and external stakeholders
