Warehouse Supervisor – Manufacturing

Lead Warehouse Operations in a Fast-Paced Manufacturing Facility!

Are you an experienced warehouse professional who thrives in an organized, fast-moving environment? We’re looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations, coordinate inventory management, and collaborate with logistics and production teams. If you have a strong attention to detail, a problem-solving mindset, and leadership experience in a manufacturing setting, this role is for you!

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee Warehouse Operations – Supervise warehouse clerks, material handlers, and logistics personnel, ensuring daily tasks are completed efficiently and accurately
  • Coordinate Shipments – Work closely with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) to track, schedule, and optimize both inbound and outbound shipments
  • Ensure Inventory Accuracy – Conduct routine audits, maintain stock levels, and identify discrepancies to prevent shortages or overages
  • Optimize Workflow – Identify inefficiencies in warehouse procedures and implement improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste
  • Verify Documentation & Compliance – Ensure all shipping and receiving paperwork, including bills of lading, packing slips, and inventory records, is accurate and up to date
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams – Partner with customer service, sales, and production departments to align shipping schedules and resolve order-related concerns
  • Enforce Safety Standards – Monitor warehouse operations to ensure compliance with safety protocols, proper equipment usage, and OSHA regulations
  • Lead & Develop the Team – Provide training, performance management, and coaching to warehouse staff, fostering an efficient and motivated team

What You Bring to the Table

  • Education & Experience – Bachelor’s degree preferred or 5+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution roles within a manufacturing environment
  • Supervisory Experience – Prior leadership experience in warehouse operations is strongly preferred
  • Technical Knowledge – Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), along with experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software (SAP or Oracle preferred)
  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to identify warehouse challenges, implement process improvements, and manage logistics effectively
  • Team-Oriented Leadership – Experience working cross-functionally with customer service, logistics, and production teams to improve efficiency and workflow
