Position Overview:

As a BOH Leader, you will:

• Lead and inspire a team of 30-40 dedicated individuals per shift, ensuring smooth kitchen operations.

• Uphold and implement rigorous systems and processes to maintain company renowned quality standards.

• Foster a team environment where every member is either an A+ performer or on a clear path to becoming one.

• Provide mentorship and development opportunities, nurturing the next generation of Chick-fil-A leaders.

• Operational Expertise: Your background in restaurant operations, preferably with Chick-fil-A, has equipped you with the skills to manage a busy kitchen efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Previous restaurant experience is required; Chick-fil-A experience is highly preferred.

• Proven leadership experience in managing teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong understanding of kitchen systems and processes.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
