Job Title: 2nd Shift FSQA Supervisor
The FSQA Supervisor plays a key role in managing the food safety and quality systems at the plant level. This includes oversight of all QA policies, programs, and procedures. Responsibilities include monitoring HACCP programs, GMPs, SSOPs, document accuracy and compliance, enforcing QA protocols, and ensuring product specifications are met.
Education & Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance or a related higher education degree
At least 2 years of experience in food processing or manufacturing
Prior QA supervisory experience is preferred
Strong understanding of food safety systems such as HACCP, SSOPs, and GMPs
High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor of Science preferred
Skills Required:
Strong computer proficiency
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to enforce policy and maintain standards
High energy, self-motivated, and results-driven
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Supervise QA operations to ensure food safety and product quality
Collaborate across departments to ensure quality standards are met
Train QA team members and support their performance
Maintain and enforce food safety and quality policies
Assist with meeting department goals and budgets
Report and follow up on quality complaints
The position operates in a production environment and may involve exposure to:
Cold or humid conditions
Moving machinery
Fumes or airborne particles
Electrical equipment and vibrations
Moderate noise levels
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs
Comfortable working in hot (above 90°F) or cold (below 32°F) environments
Good vision (close, distance, color, and depth perception)
Reliable transportation required
