Our client, a top AmLaw 100 national law firm, is seeking a highly qualified and motivated Associate to join their Corporate M&A practice in Philadelphia.

Candidate Profile:

  • JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
  • Pennsylvania Bar Admission required.
  • 5+ years of AMLAW 200  or equivalent experience in business and transactional law, including M&A, joint ventures, and other complex commercial transactions.
  • Law firm experience with superb writing, drafting, and communication skills.
  • Ambition, drive, and team-orientation to contribute to and help grow a national practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and negotiate transactional documents related to mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other complex commercial transactions.
  • Work directly with clients, providing strategic advice and ensuring the successful execution of transactions.
  • Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys in a dynamic and growth-focused environment.
